Why hasnt Bush received the Nobel Peace Prize for catching Bin Laden and making us safer?

Question

He helped catch Bin Laden and stopped Al Qaeda from carrying out any more terrorist attacks. He kept this country safe after 9/11. He liberated Iraq and Afghanistan so the people there can be safe and have freedom. He caught Saddam before he can use more weapons of mass destruction on his people. The World is now a much better safer place thanks to Bush.

Why didnt George W Bush get the Nobel Peace prize for all his work he did but obama got it after doing nothing?

because the Nobel Peace Prize is a liberal peace of ****.  Al Gore got one after lying about global warming, Obama got one just because...when you have actual people that do make a difference such as Mother Theresa, they don't even get nominated

Bin Laden is still free. Bush didn't catch him.

Bush also failed to prevent 9/11.

There were no WMDs in Iraq. 4,500 Americans died there.

A couple of months after 9/11, he actually had the opportunity but ordered the troops to pull out of the mountain region he was suspected (and was later proven) to be hiding in. I guess he wasn't done using fear to his advantage.
