Which is a bigger achievement?
Is a 30th trip to Disney World bigger or getting over a life long fear (even thou I got over it 2 years ago).
I'm going to Disney World this weekend and I wanna wear an "I'm Celebrating Button" but I cant decide which to put on the button.

I got over a fear of the characters (like I was afriad of Mickey those type of characters)
and I'm only 18 so its my 30th trip not 30 years.

You didn't specify the fear, which is kinda funny since you're thinking about discussing it w/strangers. Regardless, why not celebrate both? Invariably, you'll run into plenty of Disney lovers who'll want to bond with you, plus you'll also run into people who have had, or still have, the same fear that you conquered. It'll be great if you can act as a catalyst for those who still have the fear and want to overcome it. I think this s/b a goal of yours that takes precedence over boasting. Call it a public service thing.
If choosing just one, I'd go w/30 yrs. Depending on the fear, it's just much more comfortable for others to discuss the 30 vs some sorta of fear. I mean, if you had a fear of heights for example, and you're queued up for the Tower of Terror, that'll be pretty cool to discuss w/others in line, but if you had a fear of spiders, how could they relate?
P.S: In response to your "Additional Details"...Sorry, I know you meant 30 times, not yrs. Since you cited your old fear (and BTW, it's actually more common than you might think), it lends even more reason to celebrate both. Without question, they go hand-in-hand. Have a great time & congrats!
