Immigration and political correction?

ok so i always see slander against illegal immigrants but i have a serious question to ask about this.

first off i really don't care about your legal status since i'm one of those nut jobs that think the US, Mexico, and Canada should activate their wonder triplet power to take the form, shape, and stance of the worlds first super nation.

secondly i have nothing against most immigrants and actually enjoy their company.

but the ones that refuse to learn the language native to the area especially when they don't teach it to their children i have a problem with because i view it as disrespectful to the entire area to try and force others to learn their language to make things easier on themselves

so my question is if it is politically correct for you to learn the language of a country or area that you are visiting or immigrating to, why is it politically incorrect to tell people to learn your language when they have already moved into your country or area?

i'm not saying that they have to speak the areas native language all the time but when in mixed company or at a work place it should be a given that you would do it out of respect and to not seem like an a**hole to those around you.

Our government seems to want as many immigrants as can walk or crawl across the border; we let in 1 million legal immigrants a year, yet who knows how many illegal immigrants come in? The reason it is politically incorrect to demand that immigrants learn the language is that will slow them down and make them not feel "welcome" in this country. The government has a bias in favor of the immigrants, but without concern to how it will affect the social harmony of the nation.

Now, at least legal immigrants do make some sort of effort to learn our language and some of our history, but illegals; well, they're basically invaders. Some may be here to work, but the others might be up to some criminal activity. These are the types that don't give a damn about America, and actually hate it. That's why they stubbornly refuse to learn Ingles, and in their minds they are still part of whatever country they came from. I doubt that someone willing to break our laws will actually care about offending Americans, don't you?

Its relatively useful -- all of it boils right down to how a lot the immigrant offers and/or takes from society. Many immigrants, mainly in europe, will take abilities in their socialist approaches, and are living very generously off their public finances, the fats of the land. Funds raised from taxing the operating persons of the nation. The different one is a sense of extreme annoyance a few persons get once they see how positive a foreigner may also be, how wealthy they are able to be, how well they are living within the nationals residence nation -- they usually havent even been right here lengthy. They believe threatened, due to the fact that they're suffering at the same time the foreigner does good. Often that is blown out of percentage -- A mexican general practitioner will earn greater than an American labourer (in a construction plant for illustration).

I highly disagree with the first part but definitely agree with your last part.
