Stomach problems when I race?

When I finish a distance race, (anything over a mile) I get diarrhea, sometimes for the rest of the day on and off. Any solutions or things I might be doing to cause this?

    Try a few drops peppermint oil in water before you go on a race---peppermint oil is soothing on the stomach--you can also try eucalyptus oil---both have been approved by other countries(Europe)to treat intestinal and stomach problems.....
