what should I do with my mac IIci?

I collect vintage computers, and I just got my first mac it's a IIci. I have a Pentium 3 and a Pentium 4 both with win XP. The IIci is much older then my other computers, and has 5120 K of memory total, yet it is the fastest computer I own. I am looking for more parts, but right now it only has a 3 1/2 inch drive.

What software should I put on it, how can I program it? I know it was revolutionary 20 years ago when I got my first PC, how could I use some of that old software on a few of my old PC's?

Macintosh IIci can accept up to System 7.6.1 (what the Mac OS was originally called).

You need to google for software that is compatible with System 7 (or 6 if that came with it). That would include programming languages and so forth. You can't use PC software with a Mac IIci. It is based on the 68000 series (aka 68k) of Motorola chips and is not compatible with intel in anyway.

Mac 68K software was what Apple used before the first big shift to PowerPC chips. They then later moved again to Intel. You should be able to download most software online. It will invariably be stuffit compressed files, as most Mac files before the intel switch had to be compressed in order for them to be sent over the internet.

Mac IIC or Apple IIC? The Apple IIC wasn't a Mac. Search the web for Apple II software. It runs on the II, the IIe and the IIC.
