Can you buy a MacBook Pro using student discount when....?
..you are physically at a store? Instead of having to order online, because I don't have a credit card. For example, I could just hand my MacBook Pro over the counter, show my passport to the cashier to prove I am a student and they give me a discount and hand me the computer with the receipt, and finished? Or if it works differently, please explain how :) Thanks!

That's how I bought mine and got an even bigger discount. Online they don't offer you a printer (which you can sell on your own terms later and make an extra $150 or so).
Bring your school ID.

When I got mine, the credit card online was only used to hold the place of the computer- I still went and got the book, put it on the counter and paid. So yeah, it should work, you just run the risk of them being out of stock.
EDIT: I also got the free printer.

No. Apple would not do fee rate reductions. the two shop you funds and use the student low-cost or don't get one. You get a loose iPod touch and a loose printer. you may genuinely sell the two one among them to recoup expenditures.
