new samsung dryer doesn't get hot?
my new dryer doesn't seem to get very hot- even on the hot setting- it gets warm but not hot,
is this normal? its the new energy efficent model-
is there anything i can do to make it get hotter?

Take it back to where you purchased the new samsung dryer... Get a replacement or a refund...
