I'm fifteen with no job, but I'm trying to get a job...

first you need the job. At 15 you likely need a work permit first.

Then you need to find an apartment that agrees to rent to a minor. Not a common event

Then you need to buy the things you need for the apartment - bed, dishes, lamps etc.

Plan on earning at least 2K a month, while maintaining good grades in school. Without the good grades you can't demonstrate to the court that you are a mature responsible minor worthy of emancipation.

Presumably you have already looked to ensure that your state allows for emancipation, right?

In the states that do have statutes for a teen to emancipate (not all do) the minimum age in most of them is 16. It also requires you prove your "self" supporting. If your state has a statute you will first need a job and it will need to pay you enough for "self" support. You might get a job and see if your state permits a teen or a teen of your age to emancipate at all

Without a job,and a very good one,you have zero chance at emancipation.

emancipated means you're on your own, which means you have to pay for a house and for a lawyer to get you emancipated.

If you can't afford it, how about you stop acting like a brat?

you can't until you're 18, you can't sign any legal document (lease) until then.
