Maybe at a church. Generally, Christian values teach to wait until marriage.
I am in college, and I know a lot of 20 year old virgins. Look for a girl who studies hard and isn't interested in partying.
Even if someone isn't a physical virgin, they might have the same values as you. There's no magic way to find someone with the same values as you, you just have to trust God.
