can u go to northwestern michigan with a 2.0 G.P.A and 19 act and then transfer to ferris?

i really wanna go to ferris but i know they wont accept me with a 2.0 and 19 on act but northwestern will. i want to go for the music business program. so my question is can i go to northwestern for a little while and then transfer to ferris

    No. With that GPA only a community college will accept you.
