    Keep voting for your own best answer and after about 2-3 weeks you'll have a TC badge.

    EDIT- it must be in one certain category of your choice though.

    You must have a minimum of 200 points weekly in one or more categories. If you fall below the 200 for one week, your TC status is removed. My TC badge comes and goes all the time.
