How do I fix the tightness in the backs of my legs?

It's mostly right behind my knees and I can't even touch the floor when I bend over. I've been working out a lot lately and just started adding more weights, so I'm sure that's it. Maybe today's workout I should just walk on the treadmill to stretch them out?

there is no "fix" for it. u just need to continue stretching three times a day. dont overdo it either. just stretch as much as u can everyday, without hurting yourself. in time u will become more bendy

I've had this same problem. I found that yoga really helps out. You can do it right at home. Look for different poses online and do each for about a minute it or so. I took a yoga class and didn't realize how great it actually was.
