This can be one of three things:
1. You've gotten an infection in your penis. You should go to a doctor, because the infection will spread if the source of the infection is not cut off immediately (the penis).
2. It is a sign that you will soon become fatter and weird as well.
3. You have AIDS.
You might actually have all of these things. If so, you might want to get some AZT and a pair of bolt cutters pretty damn fast.

it could have been from masturbation, if it is then it will go back to normal but it could be an infection or something (which i doubt it is but you never know) if it doesnt go away after a day or two i would go see a doctor
