Any ideas fot a self destructive habit?

I need something, anything that's a self destructive habit or hobby right now. I need something to distract myself from my own frustrations. My only limitations are that this habit being something i can stop whenever, one that doesn't injure myself or anyone, and one that doesn't involve things that are social (since that's where my frustrations lay right now).

Anyone got any ideas?

Watch some DVDs -- action movies.

A good website that sells classics of all sorts, at very discounted prices, is

oldies.com; I go there on a regular basis.

You can either register an account (for free), or just call their toll free number

    to place orders.
