Shot Name Based On Ingredients?

I am looking for the name of a shot. I know the bartender told me it has vodka, rum, tequila, gin, triple sec, strawberry, raspberry and sprite. All in a shaker and served shot style. He said it is something he heard of someone having at applebees. I had them at a small mexican restaurant locally and would love to make them at home. Anyone have any ideas??
