how much leave ur husband got b4 and after delivery for you?

No leave before I go into labor (unless I was put on bedrest and he just had to stay home with me or something). He's taking off 2 weeks after the baby gets here. I don't see a need in him taking off before I go into labor.

My husband has 2 weeks of vacation left and it will start as soon as I go into labor. Not sure how much he'll take right away because my mom will be here and we want to save some time for when it's just us. He'll probably take 3 or 4 days right away and then the rest maybe next month sometime.

Unfortunately for me, my husband will have only been working for less than five months by the time our baby is born so he will not have any time off. They better let him have off time to sit at the hospital with me, though, while I'm in labor!

I haven't delivered yet but my boyfriend is working until my water breaks or until I have to go to the hospital, and then taking 1 week vacation off after she's born. I don't really have a problem with it. I don't see the point in him taking a week off before my due date if nothing happens lol.

The Army gave my husband 10 days, started at the day I went to the hospital.

With our daughter he got a few days off starting from the day I was induced.

With this one at first his boss was being a major ***** and saying she wasn't giving him ANY time off and if I went into labour while he was at work then "too bad". Thankfully she has changed her mind, but she won't tell us how long she'll give him off.
