Facebook Help Question Please?
If I have a friend on my list that I want to remove how do I do it? If I click hide does that take care of removing the friend from my list?
Also, If I do that does that mean they can no longer see what I post? My settings are all set to friends only. Not friends of friends or anything like that. Thanks.
Does facebook have a penalty for fake profiles? This person has one that I know of
Thanks so much everyone! You were all so helpful. I think I got it now. Let's hope. Thanks again, you all have a great day!
Smile!

you know or not there is nothing that you can prove!!!!!!!!! Plus they will never listen and on top of that you will never manage to get in contact with them.
You have to "block" those you dont like

Click on the person's name and go to their profile page. If you scroll down the page, you should see a "Remove Friend" in blue. It will be somewhere close to where it says "(Your Friend's Name)'s Friends" and "Mutual Friends." Once the friend is no longer a friend, you will not see any of his/her posts, and she/he will not see yours unless you and/or she/he post a comment on a mutual friend's post. You won't see ANY of his/her posts and she/he won't see yours if you go to "settings" and then "privacy" and then type his or her Facebook name into the "block list" and then click on the correct person with that name when the picture, etc., pop up.

To remove a friend go to your friends list and click the X next to their name. It will give you a confirmation that you want to remove that person. If you do that they will no longer be able to see your posts directly however if a mutual friend posts on your wall or you post on theirs they *may* see that individual post.
Good luck!

Go on there profile, school down the the bottom and you should see "remove as friends" and if your setting are set to friends only they shouldn't be able to see your profile.

Go to your friends wall and scroll all the way to the bottom. On the left-hand side it has a 'remove from friends option'.
Hiding doesn't remove them.

go to "my friends" or whatever and there should be an edit button, click it, find that friend, delete them, and once you do they will no longer be able to see your posts, or anything like that depending on your privacy settings
