Should Rand Paul filibuster raising the debt ceiling?
Obviously I'm REAL tired of sending my hard earned cash to communists in China. If I could've voted for senator-elect Rand Paul in Georgia then I would have. I hope he runs for President against Obammy and sends the libs a crushing CRUSHING defeat in 2012. Time to end unlimited spending with NO regard for our children and future generations.

Rand Paul will NOT filibuster the debt ceiling. Should he? Absolutely not. The repercussions that would ripple through the world economy would destabilize governments worldwide and place the U.S. in a position of default. This, in turn, would spiral the U.S. and other countries into a flat spin economic depression; the dollar would be worth the quarter, and all the lofty ideas about small government and freedom would shrivel into dust and blow away in favor of complete anarchy.
But hey, as long as he's principled, right?

he's a sort of spooky, fringe, libertarian leaning Republicans. those that have a important plan and concepts they shop on with. @regulation lady: How ignorant and ill cautioned you're in case you think of he's against human beings having equivalent rights in this usa. bypass lower back and hear his clarification of his grievance with regard to the Civil Rights Act, no longer some media sound chew or some lame strategies pundit putting their spin on slightly snippet. He says that we don't opt for the federal government forcing this on each state, nor can we opt for quotas and different employment and enrollment mandates compelled on agencies and different inner maximum institutions by ability of the federal government.

If he or Rubio runs for President, 0bama will be on the run for his $$. Both have proven themselves to be excellent politicians who CARE about what Americans think and want. 0bama is in a very big mess right now.

Absolutely! There's no point to a debt "ceiling" if it just keeps getting raised every time we borrow ourselves near the limit!

You ain't seen nothing yet. Just wait until your job gets shipped to China. Of course there will be no one to complain to because they will say, "it's the fault of Obama so go cry to someone else..."

Yes, I support it completely. In fact, roll the damned thing back several notches.
