No it's money, and don't forget it. This last few months was probably the last time we'll see legislation designed to actually help anyone - and at the rate of burn on the national debt, it's likely we'll all get to see what becomes of the United States, when it goes broke.

Do you know what happens when one needs a car and has no money to get one? NOTHING They don't get a car. What happens when one needs food in the house but has spent their paycheck on say, forced medical coverage? NOTHING They don't get food. Why doesn't Canada give free food? What, financial status should determine if you can eat a lobster meal or not? ********!

On top of this simple model, Canada has 1000% less population than the US and yet has only 1% less doctors. So if everyone had coverage, 95% of the people would die waiting for their operation. Sorry, you just seem like a kid who has no clue about reality because your family has never had to scrape by on nothing.

Hopefully it will be the beginning of the end of pretending the government can and should pay for things that individuals should for themselves. I worry about medical care. So I work a job I don't really care for so I can afford it. I care enough about others that I don't ask them to do for me what I can do for myself'' Then I give my time & money for those who can't.

Republicans don't believe in socialized medical care, which is horrible in Canada. I know someone who was in Canada and hurt themselves and had to wait like 6 weeks for treatment. In America, if you ahve it, it's yours. See what a little hard work can do for you?
