a weird bump on my fish?
I saw this on my betta some time ago

Its only on the left side of the fish. He also started hiding and not eating much. Was wondering whats wrong with him. I do 20% water changed weekly, hes in a 40l tank with 3 pepper corys. Temp at 26C
edit: I avoid handling the fish as much as possible. But I had to hold itt for a few seconds just to take this picture. No ideas what can it be?

Are you holding the poor fish? That is only gonna stress it and make things worse. A photo of it swimming around would be just fine. I have never seen anything like that. If it continues to grow it is best to put it out of its misery. It most likely is causing pain and discomfort.
