How can I get rid of "Offerbox"?

I purchased a new Dell Computer, which runs on Windows 7.

Apparently there is a built in advertisement program, called Offerbox, that constantly pops up with all kinds of unwanted commercial offers.

Is there any way to eliminate this nuisance?

    Go to the Control Panel and access Add/Remove programs and see if it's listed. If so, remove it.
