His Utmost Excellency, the Emperor, is happily married. Nonetheless, the emperor HAS missed one of his loyal subjects...have you been outside the empire boundaries? Have you been galavanting around Sherwood Forest with Robin Hood? Perhaps you have been to visit Lemuria or Shambhala or Atlantis.
