Do you associate pine cones with fall or winter? (for wedding)?
I am trying to get ideas for my tight budgeted wedding and I seen some ideas that use pine cones and I thought that would be so cute and unique. Like, pine cone bouquets and centerpieces, etc.
Somewhat like these http://clmweddingsevents.blogspot.com/20%E2%80%A6
What season do you associate pine cones with- fall or winter? We have not picked out a date yet and we want to make sure it makes sense.
Also, would this dress work with this kind of idea http://store.perfect-bridesmaid-dresses.… (it is not pure white, it is a light ivory and the sash is a champagne color)

Pine cones are almost always associated with winter & have been used in low budget decorations for years. They're readily available & generally free- you can decorate them, spray paint them, etc. "Winter white" somewhat of an off white, dark green, plum, gold & other deep autumn colors are great, but not pastels like light pinks, blues or greens.
Check out these winter themes. They can all be created in a budget-friendly way, with hand-made pillows, candles, baskets. Artificial flowers or bare branches that can be spray painted any color can be used as accents: (also, to let you know, the links aren't working; ie, pg. can't be found).
