my lab is about to have puppies and her vulva is sagging low. is that normal?

my lab is about 2 years old and this is her first litter. we have noticed that her vulva is sagging way low and are unsure what to do. other dogs that i have bred have not had this issue. is this something that is normal?

    It could be a prolapsed vagina. You need to have a vet take a look at it.

    I believe it is called "dilating" also known as getting stretched and ready to deliver.

    Why not call your breed mentor? Surely you've had all health and genetic testing done, and obtained your dog's breed championship/working titles before breeding.

    Is it dilating? Could a fetus be pushing it out?
