Why is the US Govt. spending $147 Million Dollars for Brazil cotton farmers?

If that sounds implausible or insane, well, welcome to U.S. agricultural policy, where the implausible and the insane are the routine. Our perplexing $147.3 million–a-year handout to Brazilian agribusiness, part of a last-minute deal to head off an arcane trade dispute, barely even qualified as news; on Tuesday, April 6, it was buried in the 11th paragraph of this Reuters story.

    International pressure which we don't care or continue support for our Cotton industries because we couldn't stop to help them.

    ok properly i could do right here a million] purchase myself an exceptionally severe high quality motor vehicle , a corvette or some thing roofless. 2] i could e book myself a trip to Hawaii someplace severe high quality and hott ! 3] i could bypass to the mall and purchase myself ALOT of garments and jelewry! 4] i could purchase a PS3 and a huge television. i could bypass on a Hugee paying for spree till theres not extra money.
