Can any one explain to me this saying of Jesus?

The light of the body ... - The sentiment stated in the preceding verses - the duty of fixing the affections on heavenly things - Jesus proceeds to illustrate by a reference to the "eye." When the eye is directed steadily toward an object, and is in health, or is single, everything is clear and plain. If it vibrates, flies to different objects, is fixed on no one singly, or is diseased, nothing is seen clearly. Everything is dim and confused.

the eyes see things which are soul uses to relate to

if the eyes are clear not seeing evil and corruption they are looking toward god and goodness

jesus as the light fills a persons life because they are looking for god

It's talking about the things we focus on in our lives. We we "look at" the right things ... spiritual priorities, then our bodies would be full of light spiritually.

It has to do with cleansing, when you are sanctified by the Holy Spirit, you see clearly, you will not look through condemnation and criticism and judgementalism, you will have a pure heart

If you meditate under the guidance of a master like Jesus, you would experience it in your body.

It means if you heart is clean and pure, you will look with loving eyes. If you look in lust and deceit you will not be clean.
