What is the Manchurian Candidate?

It refers to someone who is secretly hypnotized and acts as a kind of sleeper cell that can be activated with a queue that is specified in hypnosis (i.e. I say "blue" and you clap your hands). The idea is that they could be used to assassinate someone and then have no memory of it. It's also a movie.
