If you think a person is a manipulator, does he/she know that they're a manipulator?
There's something about a co-worker of mine that I feel is a manipulator. She can hype things up so good to make you either do things as she see it or make you think she knows it all. Management is so convinced at her "knowledge" that when things tend to not fall into ordinance like she puts it, they realize that her input is not reliable. Do you think she knows she's a manipulator? Also, what makes a person a manipulator?

A manipulator twists any situation to work in their favor. They are masters at making anything look like your fault, at getting you to think something without actually saying it (that way they're not "lying"), or at getting people to think what they want them to think.
Yes, they know they're doing it. For example, a girl might knowingly manipulate her man by crying so he won't be mad at her anymore. Or, my ex's favorite, get madder than the person who is mad at his so they back off and say, "Ok, damn, calm down."

I am totally agreed with a 2 answers ,a manipulator are Master.I got one of a kind like this person,but he turn around it,and always is my fault.Yes,of course they know they're manipulated.
