Landlord rights, in NM?

I have a tenant that has threatened me several times if I evict him. He just said that he is moving his trailer out of my park with out paying the back due rent 3000.oo. His sewer pipe is spilling out under the trailer because its not hooked up correctly. He also had his incoming water line by pass my shut off without my knowledge or consent. I pay for the water, sewer and garbage for the whole park. I want to turn off his water and evict him from the trailer. I am putting a lean on the trailer tomorrow. Can I legally turn off his water tonight. This is in New Mexico. He has no written lease with me.

You can begin to evict him, but without a court order you can not terminate utilities.

No, you can not turn his water off. What you can do, because he threatened you is get a Order of protection (restraining order).
