My gf and I trying to get back together after a 6 month break. We have been together for about 8 years. We had an open and swinging type relationship most of the time, it was mostly for her but I enjoyed that lifestyle also. Problem is she can't get enough sex. She has had some therapy, for this before I meet her, ever since she was about 8 years old, but none since she was 16. She is 40 now. I realize that I can't totally satisfy her so I have again continued to let her seek some outside "help". But again that has started to become a problem for us, If I try to tell her no, or get her to slow down on how many guys she is seeing, she gets mad, even violently, and thinks that it is all my fault, my problem, and she is ready to run out, or get me so mad I throw her out. She will say that I am too controlling and not letting her have everything she wants. I do give her almost everything she has wanted since she came back that we can afford for her to have, and have given up on most all of my outside activities. I stay home for her as much as possible, leaving only so she can see other guys. Our sex life is good, not great but close, and getting better until I started to complain. Now it looks like it is going to end again. So should I give in and let her have her way, I love her and will miss her and the sex very much. I don't think I will ever find a better match for myself sexually. Sex is important to me, but its not my life as it is for her. Or should I demand that she seek treatment for her problem, and try to get her to become more normal. I don't think she will go for this now or ever or would have tried it. Or kick her out again and get on with with my life, as a single horny never, as she is happy living this way. Most of those close to me will say to dump her, but most of them just want to sleep with her and will as soon as she is away from me, even thought most have but don't when we are a couple. I'm not jealous of what she does, unless it is without my knowledge, which is rare, she is veryt jealous of me being with another girl so I very rarely do that anymore. We spend most all our time together and talk about all of our feelings.She says that toys just don't do the same thing for her, but I don't think that she is being honest with herself, and maybe could use some more therapy. She will say it is my problem for not accepting it, she is bi-polar and will sometimes want to be with only me, and will act like I'm the one with all the sexual problems. I'm willing to help her if she will work with me but how do I get her to agree seeking this help with me.

I do have a felony drug poss. conviction in another state 13 years ago. Can they use my past drug offense from 13 years ago in another state at my trial to say I am still a criminal, (once a felon always a felon).

2nd part; which in your opinion, will afford me the best chance at a not guilty verdict: a trial by jury, or trial by judge; this is a small town, and most people here do know of my arrest because it made front page news, on a Sunday edition, with pictures, not just front page but top story of the day, it was the headline story. I have also lost a motion for change of venue for that, and I was just given or assigned my 2nd attorney from the public defenders office. I have had to fired attorneys for not doing as I had ask them to do either in my defense or for my room mates defense in past cases. I have a limited source of competent lawyers here locally. I am indigent, How should I proceed, I am just asking for opinions and ideas, and not necessarly any law or legal advise, but everything and anything will be considered. I can and will offer more than just one one defense, and hope the jury, or judge, sees how they (the police) have been more criminal than I have been, or would have been had they not pursued me, and talked me into, and entrapped me to commit this act. They have commited at least 2, separate offenses in order to try to get me to commit one, which is a lesser crime than the 2 they had to commit in order to arrest me for this 1 offense of a lesser nature. Not only my opinion but in some states my crime is just a petty misdemeanor, but in all states they have broken laws that are almost always listed as a felonys.

What are a couple reason why a change of venue will be granted. I am asking for my case to be heard in another non predujudice city, a larger city is better for me, how can I get this point across to the judge. I live in a small town and important details were printed on the front page of the Sunday paper and everyone local saw it, and knows about it, beside that point, what else are good arguements to get this to go in my favor?

My gf and I want to visit as many nudist place as possible next year, and plan a long road trip. Have tried to report an under sheriff physical abuse during an arrest, to the local police, and to the sheriff, both did not fill out any paperwork, they say there is no suck form or paper work to be filled out that they will take care of it. At the Dentension they will not give the victim of this any paper to report it either, they are being held on a probation violation, for contact with law enforcement, charged with resisting arrest and battery on police officer, the only battery was the officer on the handcuffed female victim, but the officer says he has teeth marks where he was bitten, well the victim has no teeth, they had they stomack pumped against their wish, but was clean, clean on a UA, is only 4 months from being off 4 yrs probation, judge released her to me no bail on what he knows are bad charges, but probation officer will not release her till other charges go away, so far over a week now still there, what is my next step, state police, ACLU, Media, High priced lawer we can't afford, should we sue the city... any and all help needed thanks, I just want was right get her out

Felon in possission of a firearm, where does a pelet gun fall, states have differant statues some define a firearm as being able to fire a projectial with the use of gun power. A friend is being charged with felon in possession, when all he had was a pellet gun. Is there any landmark cases I can site.
