What year did Grimaldi's Pizza on Old Fulton Street in Brooklyn open?

I've been searching online for 45 minutes now. Can't find it! Does anyone know? Even roughly? Thanks.

More important is what time do they close?

It was sometime after 1933. As I understand it, Patsy left the employ of Lombardi's on Spring Street to open his own shop at 118th and First Ave in 1933. At some point after that one of his employees left to open Grimaldi's right next to the Brooklyn Bridge.

A little research indicates that the restaurant probably opened no earlier than the fifties. Patsy Grimaldi learned his craft beginning in 1941 at age ten. A little extrapolation would make it around 1960 that the thirty year old young man would be able to open up on his own.
