No, it is a lot faster than a pat down and who cares if some screener sees the outline of your bones? Good grief!

No, then again I am not flying and I think that these full body scans are the best and safest ways to make sure that people are not doing anything that they shouldn't be.
My thoughts are if you don't go through the metal detector or the scanner you don't get through security that way we get rid of the body pat downs.

Seriously it's just a suggestion made by some lazy people, I'd doubt too many people would even go.

Sure I will. I'm scheduled to fly that day and I'll opt for the full pat-down. The plane won't leave without me anyway. Should the pat-down be too disturbing, then I'll call in sick and delay the flight. If there are no reserve crews, then the trip will be cancelled.
The TSA imbeciles wouldn't know a threat if it jumped up and bit 'em in the butt.

No. It is idiotic. The TSA is only implementing these new security procedures to keep the skies safer.
