Can i please get some help?

Im going through some well.....I don't know what to call it, but i don't like it at all. I worrier way to much, and i mean WAY to much, I try not to but its so hard, and i have been getting upset for no reason but i feel like there is a reason then i start to almost cry and i don't understand, I just feel as if there's no hope in life and that i cant do anything about my feelings has anybody else been here before?

    Worry. Everyone experiences it. It's not that we shouldn't worry. We just shouldn't let it rule our existence. Worry exists to keep us sharp and aware of the things that concern us, that are important to us.

    But when we get into a pattern of worrying it overlaps into nearly all areas of our life. Just ask yourself what's important to you, is this really a big deal. If it is then give it the attention it deserves. If you realize its really not that important, that its not a big deal, just acknowledge the worry thought and let it go.

    If you find yourself worrying set aside some time each day, 20 or 30 minutes to just worry away. I bet you will be done worrying after a few minutes.

    Explore the idea of "Mindfulness." Look it up. I think it will help you.

    You sound depressed. Depression is a chemical imbalance in your brain. You have described some of the major symtoms of depression. Your doctor can help you with it. I have been there. Crying at nothing, feeling like no one loves me, I felt worthless. I thought everyone was out to get me. I hated my job, my boss, everyone in the world. Thinking a really bad car accident would be the cure to it all.

    Please get help. I'm on a little white pill every day and am feeling LOTS better.
