If Jesus is part of the trinity?

Then why is there no mention of where the Holy Spirit is in this hierarchy found at 1 Corinthians 11:3? "Now I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God."

Shouldn't the Holy Spirit be mentioned somewhere in there since the trinity states that God, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus are all separate entities who make up the trinity? Why is the Holy Spirit left out if the trinity is real?

Update:

Jim that's pretty dumb since that's like saying, "I don't need to be called Jim, you can call me man because I'm still a guy at the end of the day." I think God deserves alot more respect than that.

And no one has given me a satisfactory answer regarding why the Holy Spirit's role in this scripture is overlooked. That is if it is a being.

The reason the Holy Spirit is not mentioned is that He is not under the Father.

Jesus is under the Father in the entity that He now utilizes as a man. Jesus said My Father is greater than I, and He said that for good reason, even though He and the Father are one. The answer is very simple and easy once you understand the full concept of the Trinity, and now you can. It is no longer a mystery as we once thought.

Not every mention of God and Jesus has to include the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit plays a major role, but obviously the Biblical authors did not feel that it needed to be mentioned here.

Jesus said this at John 14:28: "The Father is greater than me."

Also, trinity believers say that all three parts of the Trinity are co-equal, co-omnipitent, and all three parts never having a beginning. But that does not harmonize with Collosians 1:15 which says that Jesus was the "firstborn of all creation".

The Trinity doctrine has its roots in many religions that are non-Christian and wasn't adopted into so-called Christianity until the 4th Century with the Council of Nicea. Look it up online.

There is no Trinity. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the Father and also another name for God

Jesus is not part of a Trimity, nor the Almighty God, Jehovah. Jesus is the Son of God whom He created as "the firstborn over all creation" and the Holy Spirit is God's active force. (Col. 1:15)

Context! In the context of 1 Corinthians 11 (what it's talking about), there is nothing being discussed there about the triune godhead or the Holy Spirit.

Here's your study on the full deity of God the Holy Spirit ~~

The Holy Spirit has personality because He possesses the essential characteristics of personality, namely, intellect, emotion, and will.

His Intellect, “knows the thoughts of God” -- 1 Cor. 2:10,11, For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God.

For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man, which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God.

His Will, 1 Cor. 12:11, But one and the same Spirit works all these things

(all the Gifts of the Spirit), distributing to each one individually just as He wills.

His Emotion, Eph. 4:30, and do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. lifetime / eternal! Warranty -- don’t make Him feel sad !!

THE HOLY SPIRIT REVEALS DIVINE TRUTH

1 Cor. 2:9-11 – “even the depths of God.”

John 16:13-15 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not be presenting his own ideas; he will be telling you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future.

Acts 1:16-17 Peter … concerning Judas, who guided the Temple police to arrest Jesus. This was predicted long ago by the Holy Spirit, speaking through King David. NLT

Ps 41:9 Even my best friend, the one I trusted completely, the one who shared my food, has turned against me. NLT

2 Sam 23:2 The Spirit of the LORD speaks through me; his words are upon my tongue. NLT

Heb 9:10 By these regulations the Holy Spirit revealed that the Most Holy Place was not open to the people as long as the first room and the entire system it represents were still in use. NLT

2 Peter 1:20-21 no prophecy in Scripture ever came from the prophets themselves or because they wanted to prophesy. It was the Holy Spirit who moved the prophets to speak from God.

    Sins by Believers

Lying to the Holy Spirit: Acts 5:3. Refers to false motivation, approbation lust sin.

Grieving the Holy Spirit: Eph. 4:30. Refers to producing sins from the area of weakness in the sin nature. Any sin in the life of the believer which involves a moral or ethical issue.

Quenching the Holy Spirit: 1 Thess. 5:19. Producing human good from the areas of strength in the Sin Nature. Examples: giving, prayer, witnessing for the purpose of gaining approbation. Human good soothes the conscience and keeps the believer from confessing his sin.

THE HOLY SPIRIT SHARES THE ATTRIBUTES OF GOD

Eternity, Heb. 9:14, how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

Life, Rom. 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.

Holiness, Rom. 1:4, who was declared the Son of God with power by the resurrection from the dead, according to the Spirit of holiness, Jesus Christ our Lord,

Truth, John 14:17, that is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not behold Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you, and will be in you.

Omnipotence, Gen. 1:1,2, In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep; and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters.

Omnipresence, Ps. 139:7-10, Where can I go from Thy Spirit? Or where can I flee from Thy presence? If I ascend to heaven, Thou art there; If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, Thou art there.

If I take the wings of the dawn, If I dwell in the remotest part of the sea, Even there Thy hand will lead me, And Thy right hand will lay hold of me.

Jesus told his disciples that it was GOOD that he leave them. For then the Holy Spirit could come.

Your entire nonsense question is a non-sequitur. That verse isn't about the Trinity.

You can see why we believe the Trinity is true at this link:

There is only ONE God, expressed as many. What name you wish to give The Many is merely a choice. Call US what you want. Names aren't important. God IS what God IS, regardless of a name.
