can i freeze these cheese muffins i want to make?

i would like to make them for a christmas present for family members who are diabetic so i need something that has no sugar in

if you have any ideas for recipes but cant be too complicated as i have never made muffins before

i want to make musffins because i bought some lovely paper christmas muffin cases

but i want to freeze them as i want to make them now and have them ready for christmas eve

    Muffins do freeze ok, but they can get "frost-bitten" (when they have a strange taste) if you freeze them too long, just like bread does too. It is still quite a few weeks till christmas, I would wait a couple more weeks to make this recipe if you want to freeze it.

    It sounds like a cute idea - I love decorated cupcake and muffin cases. Finish it off by wrapping in cellophane or place them on a plate and tie up in cellophane.
