    Hi Jayktee9

This is Mike, with The Home Depot in California.

To answer your question I went to the Bosch Appliances’ web site. Your model number did not show up on the Bosch site. But I did review the owners’ manual for a similar model.

According to the manual, the bulb cover should come off, without removing any other parts. You may want to contact Bosch directly, with your problem. I have included a link to the Bosch Appliances web site.

Clink on the link, click customer care, and click contact us. There you can type in your question and Bosch service will reply. Or you can call 1-800-944-2904, for assistance.

I hope this information is useful to you.

    Hi Jayktee

I don't know about the Bosch but In my experience, the front panel has to be removed, this is usually done by removing the top panel which should give access to the retaining screws/clips. On our machine there is also a screw located on the front left hand side of the panel which is only visible when the detergent draw is pulled out

    Hope this helps
