Ebay payment hasn't been received over a week?
On ebay I sold a track jacket through buy it now and that was already almost two weeks ago. I already messaged the buyer saying to just let me know if they changed their mind but still no reply. S should I report them, or is there a way to alleviate them from the cost and just relist the item. I'm just worried that I'll resell it and then the original buyer tries to say I ripped them off.

Did you ever send the invoice at least once? That sometimes gets them to act. I would open an Ebay dispute and go through the complaint process and that way you get your final value fee back then re list it.

Open an unpaid item dispute. That way, you can get the final value fee (at least) back. Also, the original buyer knows why they don't have the item and has no recourse against you.
In the future, I suggest putting something in your listing as to the required time of payment. For example, in the "Additional instructions" section, you can put something to the effect of "Must be paid within 3 business days" or whatever time you feel comfortable with.
