Can I take all my Triple Omega 3-6-9 pills all together or do I have to take them 3X a day?

I have these fish oil pills that have all three Omega 3,6,& 9 combined and the directions say take one pill three times a day with a meal, but I never remember them until night time. So I end up taking all three at once. I figure it's like the equivelent of having a big hunk of salmon for dinner once a day so why not? Am I losing nutritional value or does it matter?

    One pill 3 times a day is more effective than 3 pills once a day.

    i would spread them out so your body will have time to process it all
