What is going on in the Hockey section answers?
Jamal Vai and Babu Vai are just spamming repeated answers from other questions into other questions that just don't make sense. Is this a case of a bug in Y/A causing problems, or just the two most worthless least funny trolls on the internet?
I hear you man. There are plenty of people who give opinions on here that I disagree with, and even downright piss me off. But I know my opinions do the same to other people sometimes too. But as long as it's a real answer, there's no need to report people for being pricks. Hell, that's part of the fun is seeing just how low some people can get.
But what these guys have been doing is just lame.
Glad I'm not the only one to notice, thought I was going crazy for a minute there.
LOL...there was a Casey's Mom on here for a while...damn how'd I miss that?

The one thing about Yahoo! Answers participants being able to report on each other, is just that scenario. People will misuse it to carry out their personal vendettas. Yahoo says they'll be able to deal with them. Awesome Bill says if Yahoo has time to do that, then Yahoo has time to do the moderating.
It ain't gonna get simpler than that.
It took me a while to get to the point of not giving a crap about what people say here. Good or bad, it's just another persons opinion, and whether they are right or not, it matters little because there exists my opinion as well.
Such is an attitude that I wish everyone would take.
Now, this matter of users copying the answers of other users could be a prankster who is new to the site or perhaps its someone who has been here a while. I've seen it happen before and it just goes on and on, and on, and on. Yahoo refuses to mind the gate into the site and we are left to deal with the work they don't want to do.
They don't pay me enough to do THEIR job.
So, as long as participants can also be moderators, and Yahoo remains apathetic about policing their site, then clowns that spam answers and questions will abound.

Yes, it happens alot. People just dont know how to give an answer so they take someone elses answer or they make some nonsence answer and post it. I hate it when they do that because you post a wuestion to get an answer not for some guy to come and post a bunch of words around.
So yeah people do it all the time. It does get anoying but there is no way to stop it. You just have to let them keep on doing it.
You can reprt them but that doesnt really do anything. I just let them go on doing what they are doing, because what reporting does i t just takes the answer away. It doesnt block them from doing it again.

Someone cut and pasted one of my answers last week.
It has also happened to LITY, so at least I am in good company.

yeah, i noticed. they answered one of my questions with nonsense and then answered someone else's question with an answer that someone else had posted for my question. it's weird, but i guess if that's what they're in to...

I dunno if you were around when Casey had his copy cat but it just happens now and again they copy and paste answers and then eventually get reported enough to dissapear I miss the funny trolls...

Ahhhh yes, BiRD Jerk!! There was also my mom. My mom impressionater didn't bother me as much as the Bird Jerk.
