Do I need a lawyer (work-for-hire)?
I am looking to hire a singer to sing on an instrumental track I have created, but I want to retain exclusive rights to the finished product to use anywhere and at any time. I would like to use a work-for-hire contract, but my question is, do I have to submit it to a lawyer in order for it to be legal and enforceable?
Please keep your answers constructive and helpful or do not answer the question. Thank you.
My question was not do I make one myself, it was do I have to submit it to a lawyer to make it binding.

No, you can draw up a contract yourself. A lawyer will be able to make it watertight, but you can happily do it.
