What is the recipe that old timers would use to help themselves go in labor?
My friend is a week overdue and I am trying to find that recipe. I know it works because a sister to one of my old friends used and she went in labor the next morning. I am not trying to do anything to harm her she is begging me for help and I am just trying to help her out. I know someone out there has the recipe just finding him/her. Thank you for your help.

The safest way is to talk to her Dr. about induction the doctor may order a ultrasound to make sure the baby is in position and every thing is a go.
