On your baked potato, you can put , Sauteed onions, garlic in olive oil and top the potato. Melt fat free/vegie cheese (some fat free cheeses don't seem to melt very well, but even a few tblsp. on shredded cheddar will melt and give you some flavor. Melted cheese and steamed broccoli or cauliflour (sp?) on mine. Also a low fat (lean beef) or vegetarian chili with shredded cheddar. Spicy / hot salsa with fat free sour cream. Also, I've microwaved then mashed sweet potatoes and spray with the nonfat butter spray, added cinnamon with splenda or the brown sugar splenda with spray butter for a dessert type of ending to my meal. It's not too bad, actually. You can even top with a few crushed walnuts and bake

Sure it would taste fine if that's what you're in the mood for. Probably don't need the butter then, or put the butter on first and let it melt in, then top with the cheese sauce and bacon bits.

yes that would be good make sure you put butter on the potatoe before adding the sauce good luck,,,,,,,,,,,,,
