Where can I find a text-to-speech Linux app that lets me save the speech file as an mp3?

I switched my PC from Windows to Ubuntu and am looking for a text-to-speech-to-MP3 app like TextAloud that will work with Linux. Any ideas?

There is Gespeaker http://www.ubuntuvibes.com/2010/09/listen-to-text-... and Festival http://linuxhelp.blogspot.com/2006/01/festival-tex... . Though those are the only two that I know of.
