How important do you think geography is?

    It's extremely important. Geography is the study of the Earth and its lands, features, inhabitants, and phenomena. It's important to know where things are and how the people there are. If we didn't know that, then I guarantee you there would be many more wars as people wouldn't understand each other. Something that may be acceptable in one country may be extremely offensive in another.

    I find it important because I hear a lot about different countries and happenings which I won't know if i didn't study geography. I might know those popular countries that we constantly hear news happening in them, but those small countries that their is nothing new in them we won't know anything about them unless we read. After i learned geography, I know now almost most of the countries and their culture, weather, position...etc.

    It's all relative. Relative to humans on the earth, it is quite important. Geography determines your culture, race and environment. On a cosmic scale, however, we are all from a mere little pebble orbiting some tiny star.
