Hi Violet,
This cost factor depends entirely on your location. I wold suggest that you get 3 different quotes from reputable contractors. Ask family & friends for referrals if any are known to them. If you want you can also contact BBB, local town hall for any complaints etc. Ask the contractors themselves for any business referrals ( completed work from other clients ) and or photographs of before and after project jobs they have completed. Gather as much needed information besides just cost factors prior to doing anything! Good Luck!
