My son (who turned 3 in September) has been going to preschool for a few months now. A lot of the time his mouth, face , nose and clothes have food from his snack on him when I pick him up. I tend to put applesauce or a yogurt.

I can understand the clothes getting dirty, but can't they wipe off his face before I pick him up. He is in a special needs class, he has Down syndrome so he needs more attention than a typical 3 yr old when he eats. Everyone raves what a great class/teacher it is. Am I being too picky?

I would like to make an existing sliding glass door into a solid wall.

It didn't hurt until now. It looked just like a blood blister that stayed the same for years. Has anyone had this? What did the Dr. say?

Last night it was 104.4 He got children's Motrin and tylenol. This morning he had a 102.4 fever and taking meds that is keeping it down. He seems in a good mood. We are supposed to go out of town for 2 days but wondering if we should go. We have tried to call his Dr. but can't get a hold of him. I suspect a bacterial infection because he had one about a month ago but couldn't pinpoint what exactly it was.

I am 15 weeks pregnant so I have some time to think about it. But if it's a girl I would like to honor my grandmothers that have passed away. Sophia and Belle. But both names are so common right now. I love the name Violet and Willow too. How can I incorporate both names, but still make it unique?

It's a 1997 Mercury Tracer. It needs the head gasket machined and a new cylinder head. Also a new timing belt. I was quoted 1,200 dollars for the repair. Second opinion or does it sound about right?

We have 2 DVR's and HD channels. No movie channels. It was 180 plus tax, and just called and got it down to 150 plus tax. This is with Comcast. How much do you pay? It's ridicules how much it is.

We put a bid on a house that the seller (foreclosed house that bank owns) said was ready to move in. They had done a lot of work on it and said it was finished and is ready to move in. We went and looked at it and my wife opened up the windows that open up and down. The bottom of the window was near the floor so my 19mo son was able to pull himself up to the sill and lean forward. He placed his hand on the bottom track and head across the plane of the window opening. Well right at that moment a spring broke inside the window (keeping it up) and came down on his head and then on his hand, causing a deep gash in his head requiring staples and stitches in his hand. Just curious if we have a law suit and if people think we should sue. We are leaning toward not suing but should we? Thanks for your input.

The bump like I said is in crease or line that separates the upper leg and his lower abdomen. It's the size of a grape and is not discolored nor does it have a head like a pimple or bite. It also doesn't seem to bother him at all. My wife noticed it while changing his diaper. He doesn't have diaper rash. I'm thinking it may be a hernia or popped blood vessel. We ARE taking him to his pediatrician tomorrow. Any thoughts? Thanks.

My husband and I are looking to buy a house soon. Should we go with a townhouse in Mountain House with HOA dues. Better schools, but only a 4 yr old town. A ton of parks.Or buy a house in Tracy with no HOAS and a big backyard a possibly a pool. But some crime and ok schools.Possibly some gang activity also. We have a 1.5 year old baby, and plan for another on soon. Which would you chose?
