Facebook question... I sent a private e-mail to someone.?
But they commented on it and (I guess)sent it to FB. I was not expecting it to be posted in the news feed. On the side it says "hide" which I did. But does that hide it from everyone, just me, people on my end? Augh..Im annoyed

if you pushed "hide" on the news feed, it just hid it from you seeing it. if you're the one who posted it, then go to the person you sent it to profile and you can delete it there. if they are the one who posted it then you're going to have to ask them to delete it because you won't be able to.

i don't think you sent it as private
you can't "comment" on a private message but you can reply which is private
