You could have a claim with all 4 companies or only 1. You are a passenger so you have no fault at all. The driver of the car you were in should have either medical payments and/or PIP on their policy that would pay for your medical bills. You could have an injury claim for the driver, but that depends on state laws where you live or if you are related to the driver which might bar you from any claim.
With 4 cars, there will be 4 insurance companies sorting out who is at fault for all or if split between several cars. This could takes weeks to come to a conclusion of 1 person or multiple people responsible for this 4 car collision. Once they finalize, then you will know who to go against for your injuries. Ask the drivers insurance company for advice, since if the driver is found not at fault, believe me they will go after 1 or the other 3 for reimbursement of any money they pay out which might include you.

Since you were a passenger you are a no fault person in this accident. With four vehicles involved in this crash, it will most likely take several weeks or months to workout between the insurance companies who is at fault and who will pay for what. The person driving the vehicle you were a passenger in should have some type of medical insurance and you can file a claim with that person's insurance company. You can file a claim with all of them but most likely you will be better off filing a claim with the insurance company of the driver who is found to be at fault providing that person had insurance. If you have any injuries make sure you keep all copies of anything that has to do with this accident. Stuff like going to and from doctors for gasoline or any other things that has to do with th accident. You may not recover everything but at least you will have it just in case you need it.

lots of the station wagons with 3 seats will fit seven or 8 people. attempt a used chevy caprice, or one in all its gm twins from the ninety's or so. they're enormous long cruisers that are soft and get halfway respectable mileage.
