Getting an XBOX soon. I have some questions about connecting to the internet & getting a good connection?
We have the whole wifi thing and with our PS3 we have a problem getting a decent signal to the internet to play online. The room where the xbox will be is closer to the modem but Im afraid we will have the same signal issues with the xbox as we have with the ps3. Can we connect the xbox directly to the modem? Any suggestions on getting a better/stronger signal?

wireless sucks. buy a router that u use ethernet cables with. ETHERNET CABLES. plug one ethernet cable from the main internet slot on your cable modem to the internet slot on the router. that gives the router an internet connection. buy any more ethernet cables that u need and plug them into the router. u should have no problems getting signals. i'd do the same for all of your online gaming.
