Apparently that company sold my information to everyone. Yes I know it was stupid. I would never do it again. I changed all my accounts, etc Now to my question- One of the companies that bought my information -Oneclickcash.com- deposited money into my bank account. I never agreed to a loan nor did I see any terms, sign anything or ask for this loan. While researching this I read horror stories about this company. I even read that they aren't even legal. I want to know what I can do about this. They are wanting payments on a loan I didn't ask for. I would send their money back but I do not trust them with my bank account information and they want to be able to debit it. Also Im not going to pay any interest on a loan I didn't sign for. What are my legal options with this situation?

Nothing we have tried works. This update was around july 1st..from what he read he wasn't the only one this happened to. He has a dell inspiron.

for example: 1st text: 1jane doe blah blah blah (which is a made up status update) right after that I get a 2nd text : 1scribe" to unsubscribe. Sometimes there are different letters and characters but my main issue is up until 2 weeks ago this wasn't happening. Now every time I get a update text it follows with the gibberish unsubscribe text and Id like it to stop.

We have the whole wifi thing and with our PS3 we have a problem getting a decent signal to the internet to play online. The room where the xbox will be is closer to the modem but Im afraid we will have the same signal issues with the xbox as we have with the ps3. Can we connect the xbox directly to the modem? Any suggestions on getting a better/stronger signal?

Last year I filed the form after I originally filed (which I wish I would have this year). I am now being told by the IRS that it could take 11 weeks to get my refund. Has anyone had a better response time?

How long does it usually take to receive a reply from the IRS? I sent the form 2 months ago and Id like a general idea on what the normal timeline is. Also I thought the IRS was suppose to hold the money for back child support for 6 months for this exact reason.. to give time for the 8379 to be filed.. but it was already applied to the account. Does this mean Im outof luck? Any advice is appreciated
